Homosassa Island Lodge offers several enjoyable ways to get out there and fish! Contact us directly to have Craig set up guided fishing times for you, or use the list below to find a local guide or charter service that will help you out. If you are familiar with the area you can bring your boat, where you can dock and hit the water right from the island. If you aren’t familiar with the waters surrounding the Lodge we highly recommend you get a guide, the shallow waters, rocks and oyster beds can be hard to navigate.

Homosassa Island Lodge is located on an island, approximately 3 miles down river, roughly half way between the mainland and the Gulf of Mexico. You will either need to launch your own boat at one of several boat ramps, or you can rent a boat. If you are in need of a water taxi, there are several available. Please note that there are no running lights on boat rentals. You cannot pilot boat on river after dusk or before sunrise, but boat can be docked at Homosassa Island Lodge over night.
